I was an adventurous kid who spent most of my time outdoors (still am and still do), looking for acceptable places to expend my high energy, all the while trying to stay out of trouble and keep my dirty fingerprints off of the walls (I was definitely the child that had to touch EVERYTHING). At a young age I knew I didn’t fit inside of the “normal” box that my parents provided for me, but I also didn’t have a roadmap for any other options. So as I grew older, knowing that that box wasn’t the right fit, I searched for myself through living life with reckless abandonment. It wasn’t until adulthood when I sold all of my belongings and moved to Hawaii, that I began the journey of really discovering who I was without the noise of the world. Fully stepping into my SELF, defining my version of happiness, and continuing to explore the evolution of both is one of the greatest adventures that I have ever been, and continue to be on.

It has been this Journey where I have uncovered my own purpose of helping others discover their own path through coaching. I strongly believe, we are all born for a reason, with a divine purpose, and each season of life is a valuable stepping stone to getting where we are meant to be (yes, even the hard stuff). It is my joy to hold my clients in their experiences and help untangle, make sense of, and look within to find clarity. As a professional Dream Excavator, I look forward to helping others with a no-nonsense approach that is full of love and acceptance, to help my clients uncover and reclaim their purpose, both personally and professionally.
